Black Independence Day!

Tuesday July 3, 2007, 4:30 P.M at 6th & Market in Philadelphia

George Washington owned 316 black human beings as slaves in Virginia and transported 9 of them to America's first "White House," which was right here in Philadelphia at the 6th & Market site of the new Liberty Bell Center.

Next year, in 2008, a memorial will be completed at that site to honor those 9 and all other blacks enslaved in America.

This year, in 2007 on July 3, those 9 will finally get their independence at a funeral to spiritually free them from enslavement at America's first "White House."
